Is this consultation right for you?
Signs that warrant an evaluation:
Swollen lymph nodes that won't go away
A lymph node in the neck, armpit, or groin that grows and stays swollen for weeks, with no pain or infection to explain it, deserves a closer look.
Intense night sweats
Waking up soaked, even without exercising or having a high fever, is one of the signs a hematologist evaluates closely.
Persistent fever with no clear cause
Fever episodes that come and go for weeks, with no identified infection, can point to something a simple test doesn't always catch.
Unexplained weight loss and skin itching
Losing weight without changing your diet or exercise, combined with widespread itching, is a combination that warrants a hematologic evaluation.
A practice built over time, one patient at a time.

Close, attentive care, with the rigor of the best Hematology practice.

Types of lymphoma I've treated
Under the name lymphoma, several distinct subtypes exist, each with its own behavior and treatment protocol. Identifying the correct one shapes the rest of the path forward.
Hodgkin Lymphoma
Characterized by specific cells identifiable on biopsy, it's one of the blood cancers with the best treatment response when caught early.
B-Cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma
The most common lymphoma subtype, with both slow-growing and aggressive forms — which determines how urgent treatment actually is.
T-Cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma
A less common and more complex subtype, requiring specific expertise for both diagnosis and management.
T-Cell Lymphoma
Primarily affects the skin and can initially be mistaken for other dermatological conditions, which is why differential diagnosis is key.
